What information does this site collect?
What you type into the request a quote form, and what you tell us when you call the number on this site. In practice that is a name, a way to reach you back, a delivery address in Chattanooga or a nearby town we serve, the equipment you want, and your dates. If you are ordering for a work crew you may also give us a headcount, because unit counts are tied to the number of workers on site and we cannot size an order without it.
Your browser also sends ordinary technical information when you load a page, the sort every web server receives: the page requested, a rough location derived from the network you are on, your browser and device type, and the time of the request.
Why is it collected?
To quote the job, deliver to the right address on the right day, service the units on schedule, and collect them when you are done. The technical information is used to keep the site working and to see which pages people actually use.
Is any of it sold or shared?
No. We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers. Information is shared only where it is needed to do the work: the driver routing the delivery, and the payment processor if you pay by card. Those parties receive what the task requires and nothing more.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, such as a valid court order.
What about cookies and analytics?
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross site tracking. If a form on this page is served by a third party provider, that provider may set a cookie needed for the form to function.
How long is information kept?
Quote requests are kept while the job is live and for the period we are required to retain business records afterwards. Technical logs are kept for a short operational window and then discarded.
What choices do I have?
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record has to be kept for tax or legal reasons. Call the number on this site and say what you want done.
